KOHINOOR HOUSE

The client, a young realty developer, wanted to create a place that represents his stature and offers an identity to his company. He aspired for a space where he could express himself as one of the esteemed developers of Surat city. The project is designed combining 2 plots in an elite residential locality of Surat. The lowrise building has a form finished structure with large glazed openings. A traingular mesh in Corten Steel wraps the structure to create a very interesting shell. The greens of the balconies shall entwine on this grid and expected to take over the skin in near future. The projec plays with the geometry of triangle in all the three axes, and is apparent in the facade, flooring, lighting and the slab shuttering pattern.
